Hi, I hope your are doing well (I have read your story yesterday following a link on 2+2).

I saw on your site that you offert for free your HUD and some extra content.

I have import Crushing HUD stats into PT3 then I updated the cash, and imported the HUD, all was ok.

The problem came when I have imported stats from “Free Stats from CrushTheGame.com” or “Free Stats From PokerTracker3 Repository”. After importing stats and HUD from these two folder I tried to update the cache again but after few seconds I had a fatal error report in PT3. Maybe I did somethiong wrong, so that's why I'm here. I know you gave them for free and I didn't bought nothing from you (I would have like to do but I can't spend that much as I'm microstakes player at the lower level and struggling like lots of people in 2011).

Can you please tell me how can I fix this problem or how can I remove stats from PT3, I can't recognize them in all the stat list.

If you need more infos, let me know and I will reply fast.

Sorry for my english (I'm french).

Thanks you in advance.

Hey waree,

Thanks for coming to CrushTheGame.com! This is an error that has to do with PT3 functionality, and can be resolved by posting a support ticket to the folks at PokerTracker here: https://www.pokertracker.com/support/?cat_id=41

I will add that you don't need the free stats, since they are also included in the Crusher HUD package. My guess is that importing the stats that repeat themselves caused the crash. (Though that's never happened to me and I have had repeat stats in my database in the past.)

Contact the folks at PokerTracker and they should sort you out. I will add that since most people's winrate goes up dramatically with the Destroyer HUD, the product will pay for itself (and more!) in a very short time, so do think about that.

Cheers,

Mike

Hi, thanks for replying.

Yes I sent an email to support and they reply that (I post it in case other have same trouble as me):

Thank you for contacting PokerTracker Support. It looks like you have been importing some custom stats? This problem occurs when you have more than one column with the same name but with different case.
In this case, the column name in question is “cnt_p_pfr_call_mp” (and probably “cnt_p_pfr_call_MP” or similar).

You'll need to remove one of the duplicate columns and change any stats which use them to use the column that you choose to keep.

What you need to do is the following:

Go Configure -> Configure Stats.
Select the “Holdem cash player statistics” section.
Go to the “Columns” tab.
Scroll down to cnt_p_pfr_call_MP, select the stat and press “remove”

Now, go the the “Statistics” tab and go through each of your statistics with blue text and keep an eye at the “value expression” field. Once you get to the stat that uses “cnt_p_pfr_call_MP”, change that to “cnt_p_pfr_call_mp”.

I did that, and found another one that was causing the crash “cnt_p_pfr_call_opp_mp” so I removed it and did a housekeeping and still crashing when housekeeping. I think I'm going to do a fresh reinstall of PT3 after backing up my database and then only importing the Crusher HUD.

Just a last question : all the stats imported are in blue ? Maybe I can just delete them instead of reinstalling PT3 ?
